Headrails-Brackets

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Partition Anti-Grip Headrail 1" X 65" Type B Aluminum

Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-3/32" by 65" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80042.

This product is usually used on Solid Plastic (HDPE) Toilet Partitions.

Partition Anti-Grip Headrail 1-1/4" X 62" Type B Aluminum

Extruded anodized aluminum construction. The cross section measures 2-3/4" high by 1-11/32" by 65" long. The part that fits on top of the pilaster is 1-1/4" wide by 3/4" deep. The wall thickness on this part is 3/64". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Headrail. Manufacture part # 80052.

Hadrian Aluminum Headrails for 1"X74" Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted partitions. The headrail goes between a U shape which is 1" for the headrail to fit into at the top of the pilaster, the headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Also known as part number 580074.

Hadrian Partitions Aluminum Headrail for 1" thick material Type A used on overhead braced floor mounted solid plastic partitions. The headrail goes over the top of the pilaster  which is 1" for the headrail to fit over the top of the pilaster. The slot is for 1/4" curtain hook. The headrail bolts to the pilaster for stability at the top. Overall dimension is 1-1/4"x1-3/4"ht. Also known as part number 620060, 620074.
