300 Series Vinyl Stair Treads
Description
This is a very good stair tread, but not one of our favorites. The nose on this vinyl stair tread is difficult to work with in some applications. Because the nose has substantial material (thickness) it is tricky to work with. We can send you a sample, so you can see how it fits on your step. It is our lowest cost protection for stairs of homes, duplexes and apartments. Features extra heavy snap-on nose that fits either square or curved nose wood steps that are between 3/4" and 1-1/8" thick. Made in the USA.

This is another of our favorites. This vinyl stair tread features a longer nose, so the front edge of the step is covered on a standard 2 x 12 plank step. This tread is idea for the type A personality person how wants everything perfect and covered. Applications for this tread are residential, multi-family dwellings, apartment houses, and low income housing. These treads are easy to cut, clean and install. They are designed for interior use. Made in the USA.

Plain color cove risers match Koroseal vinyl stair treads; or use a contrasting riser with vinyl or rubber treads; easily trimmed in height and length; savings in installation are substantial; cove risers are same sizes as stair treads.

Diamond hard aluminum oxide abrasives combined with "space-age" polymeric binders are bonded to a heat treated high strength aluminum square nose stair tread. Treads are available GSA75-7-1/2", GSA9-9" or GSA11-11" deep; in one or two contrasting colors per tread. Flat pieces, GSA35-3-1/2" or GSA55 5-1/2" deep, can be used for ramps and other non-step applications or as a filler behind the 7-1/2" treads. Select one color for front insert and the same or a different color for back insert from seven standard abrasive colors of black, brown, blue, gray, green, red or yellow. Maximum lenght is 10 foot. Nose drops 1-1/16".

Aluminum Nosing 2 inch with Grit Surface
This 2-1/2" deep nosing is made from the same material as our Grit-Surface Aluminum Treads. The front edge is 1-3/4" deep (inside nose dimension is 1-1/4"). The nose has a 1-3/4" wide abrasive finish with a 3/4" tapered aluminum back edge. Both the nose and tapered edge have a 1/4" wide reflective yellow safety tape strip for additional safety. The nosing is available in abrasive colors of Black, Brown, Blue, Gray, Green, Red or Yellow. Nosing is available solid (for glue-down applications) or with countersunk holes (for screw-down applications) every 12". Nose drops 1-1/16".
SPECIFICATIONS:
Furnish and install Musson Grit-Surface Aluminum Nosings, 3/16" thick X 2-1/2" deep; cut lengths up to 10 foot long. Tread surface shall have aluminum oxide abrasives permanently bonded to a heat treated aluminum nosing with 1/4" wide reflective yellow safety strip on both the top surface (between the grit surface and aluminum) and the nose. Grit surface shall be in one of the following standard colors: Black, Brown, Blue, Gray, Green, Red or Yellow. Nosings can be supplied with two countersunk holes every 12" for screw down installation or without holes for installation with our #400 Neoprene Contact Cement.
