Vinyl Stair Treads

Lowest cost protecton for stairs of homes, duplexes and apartments. Modern beauty, durability and safety with this tread. Features extra heavy snap-on nose that fits either square or curved nose wood steps that are between 3/4" and 1-1/8" thick.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Koroseal vinyl rib design stair treads, 1/8" thick, 9-5/8" deep with snap on nose in standard sizes as needed: 18", 24", 30", 36", 42", 48" or 72"; color selected from standard plain colors of brown or black.

The 820R is a low profile raised disc design for lighter traffic.  The tread is 3/16" thick at the nose and tapers to 1/8" at the back.  The nose has a 1-9/16" length.  These treads are easily trimed in the field with a straight edge and utility knife. The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered.

The 920R One-Piece Rubber Stair Tread has a 3/16" thick nose and tapers to 5-16" at the back.  The nose is adjustable and tapered for a perfect fit.  The benefit of a one piece tread is the ease of cleanng, there is not a groove at the back of the step to collect debris.

The 520S Rubber Stair Tread has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered.

The 780R Rubber Stair Tread is a Raised Disc.  It features an adjustable nose that drops down 1-9/16".  The nose is 1/8" thick.

The 620D Rubber Stair Tread comes in two versions, Square Nose and Round Nose.  This page is for the Square Nose, Search 620DRN for the Round Nose Version.   This tread offers an 1/8" nose thickness, has an adjustable and tapered nose.

The 522 Rubber Landing tiles measure 19-11/16" x 19-11/16" and are 1/8" thick

The 782 Raised Disc Landing Tile is designed for use with the 780R Stair Treads.   The tiles measure 19-11/16" x 19-11/16".

The 605CR Rubber Coved Riser goes in the back of the step and acts as a kick plate in the matching color of your stair treads.  The Riser is 7" tall and features a 5/8" cove to aid in cleaning of the back of the step.

The GS620D Rubber Stair Tread with Grit Stripping. The GS620D is only available in the square nose.   This tread offers an 1/8" nose thickness, has an adjustable and tapered nose. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips.

The GS520S Rubber Stair Tread with grit stripping has a 1/4" nose thickness which tapers down to 1/8" at the back.  The nose drops down 1-9/16", and the nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips.

The 7520R is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Square Nose, for Round Nose search 7520RRD. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  For the Grit Stripped version you would order the 220 or the 2520.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip.

The 7020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Square Nose, for Round Nose search 7020RD. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear.  For the Grit Stripped version you would order the 2020.

The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".  The 7520R Round Nose is not available with the Grit Stripping.

The 7020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread.   These treads come in Square and Round Nose, this page is for the Round Nose, for Square Nose search 7020. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. For the Grit Stripped version is not available for the round nose treads. 

The 220-2520 is the Grit Stripped version of the 7850R Service Weight Smooth Rubber Treads.  The 220 comes with two 3/4" grit strips, the 2520 would be the visually impaired version with one 2" wide strip. The treads are 1/8" thick along the entire depth of the treads, and have a nose that drops down 1-9/16".

The 2020 is a smooth surface rubber stair tread with Grit Stripping on the nose. These treads are the same as the 7020 Heavy Duty Treads with Grit Tape on the nose. You have two choices on the Grit Stripping, the Visual Impaired 1-2" wide or 2-3/4" wide grit tape strips. The treads are 1/4" thick at the nose and taper to 3/16" at the rear. These treads are only available in Square Nose.

The 630D Rubber Outdoor Tread is the only tread we recommend for exterior applications. The tread is only available in black and is ideal for ice rinks, sports arena and high traffic areas.  The tread is 12-1/16" deep with the last 3 inches being smooth for trimming in the field. 

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The sqaure nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.

334 VINYL STAIR TREADS

Lightweight, economy gauge with a round rib design. Wear and tear resistant Vinyl Stair Treads will give years of service; compares with heavier weight treads. Curve-around nose fits round or square nose steps. Intended for residential or light commercial use.

355 Vinyl Stair Treads

Lower cost production for multi-family dwellings, apartment houses, low income housing. This vinyl stair tread with extra long nose is designed to use on a 2” x 12” plank step or molded concrete step. Heavier thickness at front “wear area”. Treads are easy to install; flat rib surface is easy to clean. Meets Fed. Specs. RR-T-650E Type B.

375 Vinyl Stair Treads

Designed for use in apartments, urban renewal housing, housing for the elderly and housing projects. Lower initial cost, ease of installation and cleaning, and long service appeals to owner and builder. Extra thick at front; Meets Fed. Specs. RR-T-650E Type B.

400 Vinyl Stair Treads

Heavy gauge sharp-rib design Koroseal vinyl treads for heaviest traffic; 1/4" thick at wear area, easily trimmed to cover and fit any stair step. Install over concrete, metal, wood, terrazzo. Extra heavy thickness at the front "wear area". Meets Fed. Specs. RR-T-650E Type B.

GS365 Vinyl Stair Treads
The economical, nonporous, abrasion resistance and easy cleaning features of Koroseal Vinyl Stair Treads are now combined with the safety features of “Grit-Strips” into one stair tread. Can be used in all but the heaviest traffic areas. Meets Federal Specs. RR-T-650E Type B.

405CR Vinyl Stair Tread Risers

Plain color cove risers match Koroseal vinyl stair treads; or use a contrasting riser with vinyl or rubber treads; easily trimmed in height and length; savings in installation are substantial; cove risers are same sizes as stair treads.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Furnish and install No 405CR Koroseal vinyl coved stair riser; 1/8” thick, 7” high with 5/8” toe; ribbed back. Select standard length of 18”, 24”, 30”, 36”, 42”, 48”, 54”, 60”, 72”, 84” or 96”. Select standard solid color of Brown, Sand, Gray or Black.

KT18 Vinyl Landing Tiles

Landing tiles are .120" thick by 18" x 18" and designed to go with all the vinyl stair treads.  Available colors are Shale and Amber.  Shale is for use with the Black and Gray treads, and the Amber is for use with the Brown or Sand color treads.

GSA11 ALUMINUM STAIR TREADS

Diamond hard aluminum oxide abrasives combined with "space-age" polymeric binders are bonded to a heat treated high strength aluminum square nose stair tread. Treads are available GSA75-7-1/2", GSA9-9" or GSA11-11" deep; in one or two contrasting colors per tread. Flat pieces, GSA35-3-1/2" or GSA55 5-1/2" deep, can be used for ramps and other non-step applications or as a filler behind the 7-1/2" treads. Select one color for front insert and the same or a different color for back insert from seven standard abrasive colors of black, brown, blue, gray, green, red or yellow. Maximum lenght is 10 foot. Nose drops 1-1/16".

Install outdoors or indoors on concrete, wood, treated lumber, slate or marble steps. Use for motels, schools, hotels, apartments, condos, hospitals, churches, cruise ships, amusement parks, etc. Offers anti-slip safety surface - protects new steps - renovate slippery, worn steps.
