Truth 15.18 Split Arm Window Operator

Common number found on this operator is 30905, which is found on the linkage arm, along with 45035 on the body, 40351 and 40352 on the arms. Also known as a TH-24174, TH-24175, TH-24176, and TH-24177. Replaces the TH-24018, TH-24019, TH-24020 and TH-24021.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

The Truth 50.60 Encore Dyad Operator has been in production since about 1999.   In the beginning Truth offered the Maxim and the Encore Systems.   The Maxim is being phased out and the Encore is the only one made now.   The Encore will replace all of the Maxim operators, and have the same hole spacings and operation, but they have the interchangeable handle and covers.

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset. This Truth Surface Mounted Window Operator is usually used on commercial aluminum windows. It features an 11" long arm, measured from the center of the housing to the center of the metal roller. The outside mounting screw holes are 4-3/4" a part and the inter screws are 3-7/8" on center.

Jackson 1085 Lever Arms

Replacement Lever Arm for the Jackson 1095 Active Housings.   This arm will only work on the 1095 Active Case!  Handing is determined by standing inside and looking out, if the arm in on the right hand side of the door, it is a right hand lever that you would order.
