The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.

The 820R is a low profile raised disc design for lighter traffic.  The tread is 3/16" thick at the nose and tapers to 1/8" at the back.  The nose has a 1-9/16" length.  These treads are easily trimed in the field with a straight edge and utility knife. The nose is not adjustable and is not tapered. They are designed for interior use.
