Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The Global Partitions stainless steel latch knob & cover with Screw, are a concealed latch that is held together by a screw.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel metal that is then brushed and polished. The manufacturer part number is 40-8263380. This was used up until October 2021.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

Global Partitions Pintle 5/8" Diameter For Steel Doors

Steel and white nylon construction. The Pintle is 5/8" diameter by 2-1/4" overall length with 5/16-18 threaded end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Bottom Pintle 5/8" Medium Lift. Manufacture part # 98175.

Full length aluminum door stop for 3/4" material used with phenolic commercial toilet partitions or posts that are 3/4" thick. This product will help any gap from the front view of the toilet stall door on the latch side. For an out swing door the slide bolt latch locks onto the opposite side of the bumper. For an in swing door the kit comes with a simple stainless steel keeper that is mounted on the inside of the stall on the post for the latch to lock to. Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed.
