Truth Window Operator Surface Mount 11"
This Truth Surface Mounted Window Operator is usually used on commercial aluminum windows. It features an 11" long arm, measured from the center of the housing to the center of the metal roller. The outside mounting screw holes are 4-3/4" a part and the inter screws are 3-7/8" on center.

This window handle features a 1-1/2" hole spacing on centers with a 7/16" lock up dimension. The window handle is constructed of a die cast material that is then powder coated to the finish of your choice. We stock the Bronze color, but other colors are available, call for more information.

To determine hand of operator, if your sash lock (window lock), is on the left, you would use a left hand operator. And if your sash lock is on the right, you would order the right hand operator.
We sometimes find the number 45251 cast on the housing, and 40049 and 40050 stamped on the arms. This operator has a Nylon Wheel or Roller.

The Truth 50.10 Maxim Dual Arm is one of the more popular new style operators. This operator is the same as the 50.00, but without the painted steel cover riveted to it. Some numbers we find on this operator are 41011 and 31876.

Truth Sash Lock 16.52
Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.

The Truth 14.80 hinge is the most common of the Truth Stainless Steel Casement Hinges. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. When the hinge is installed incorrectly or not maintained the shoe could pull out the window track. This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.
This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

Truth Entrygard Dual Arm Operator. We would expect you to find 20810 or 20544 on the linkage arm, which measures 4-7/16" overall length. This is the most common size we find in use.
