Von Dupin 22 Plastic Cap Only

This is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. The Von Duprin 385A Strike is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor. Zinc plated finish.

This Von Duprin 7500 Mortise Body is used on the Von Durprin 8875, and Von Duprin 98-9975 panic hardware. The body measures 5-7/8" high by 4-1/2" deep and 1" thick. This is the body that has been used since about 1977.

This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included.  This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

The 8827 Special Chassis Nut goes on the ends of the 8827 Chassis Tie Rod. The Nut is threaded all the way through so the cover mounting screws can then be threaded on it also. The nut is 3/8" long by 1/4" hex.

The Von Duprin 996L Lever Trim replaces the 992L, and 994L and is the latest generation of the 99 Lever Trim.

The escutcheon plate measures 2-3/4" wide by 10-3/4" high and projects out 27/32". The handle projection is 2-7/8". This lever handle is handed, but is field reversible. Key lock and unlocks lever.

This screw applies pressure to the wedge which then expands the wedge ring to key the Von Duprin 88 and 55's crossbars tite.
