This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included. This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case for non fire rated doors. This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted postion.
Please call if your door is higher than 7'1", The rod is field adjustable for doors up to 7'1". For larger doors, we have to order a Rod Extension which we do not show online yet.

Von Duprin 88 replacement lever arm for all the Von Duprin 88 exit devices. The arm includes the Wedge, Wedge Ring, Wedge Tite Screw and Dog Screw, and sometimes the axle.
The Von Duprin 050709 Dogging Assembly is used to update the Von Duprin 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 device shipped before 1997. The dogging key on this assembly is 5/32", and you would want to use the longer version of our 88R60 dog key.

The Von Duprin 55NL Cam is one of the handed parts in the housing, the other is the Arm. If you need to change the hand of a housing, you just need to order the other hand Cam.

The 8827 Chassis Tie Rod Package is the rod that goes through the top and bottom latches. The Tie Rod is held in place by the Special Chassis Nut. The Tie Rod measures 1-3/8" long by 3/16" diameter.
