Von Duprin 8827 Top Latch Case for non fire rated doors. This is the part that may be causing your bottom latch to drag on the floor. The Top Latch does all the work on the Von Duprin 8827. When the Top Latch is retracted, it holds the rods in the retracted postion.

The Von Duprin 88 Center Case Rivet 090002 is also known as the Latch Tail Rivet used on the 88 Rim Device. The Rivet fits into the spring and into the Latch Tail 050500. The rivet measures 1-1/4 inches long less the head, with a 1/8 inch diameter. We sell this piece individually.
The Von Duprin 55 End Case is the housing on the hinge side of the door. The function of this housing is to lift the cross bar, and support the function of the Active Case. If your housing is on the right side when standing inside looking out, then you would order the Right Hand Case. The package includes the housing, springs and back plate, the arm is not included. The current part number on this part is 050196 and 050197, the old part number is 111931 and 111932.
This Von Duprin 9927center case replaces all earlier versions of the 9827 and 9927 Center Cases. Everything shown in the picture is included with the product. Along with all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 990NL Trim is the standard NIght Latch Trim for the 99 and 98 Series devices. The plate is constructed of Bronze or Stainless Steel and then plated to the desired finish. The plate measures 3" wide by 14-3/16" tall, and includes the mounting screws. The stanchions coming off the back of the plate line up with the center case mounting screws. The Rim Cylinder shown in the picture is not included.

The Von Duprin 900850 Latch Cover Screw Package is used on the 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 Series surface vertical rod latch covers. The are sold in packages of 2 screws.
Heavy Duty Design The new Series 2670 Exit Alarm Lock provides secure protection through a large stainless steel deadbolt, which is 2" x 1/2" (51mm x 13mm) and has over a 3/4" (19mm) throw. The engagement area into the strike is over 1 1/4" (32mm) square inches. The cast aluminum latch case protects the internal mechanism and resists tampering or vandalism from inside the door. This unit has been tested to withstand up to 1600 pounds of static load force against the door.
