Von Dupin 22 Plastic Cap Only

This is the end cap that goes on the hinge side of the door. When the cap breaks off the Dogging Cover Plate just slides off. Works on all of the Von Duprin 22 exit devices. If you need the bracket also, please order part # G22R10. Black plastic contruction. As of October 1, 2014, Von Duprin no longer sells just the Plastic Cap Only. The 8827 Special Chassis Nut goes on the ends of the 8827 Chassis Tie Rod. The Nut is threaded all the way through so the cover mounting screws can then be threaded on it also. The nut is 3/8" long by 1/4" hex.

Von Duprin Strike 1609

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations, but not with the Fire Rated Versions. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

This Von Duprin Strike is used for the bottom latch of the 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927. The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-7/8" outside dimension of the square flange, with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1-1/8". The part that is inserted into the floor is 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" and drops down 13/16". Also known as a Von Duprin Floor Mounted Mortise Strike.

The 3527A has a smooth mechanism case and the 3327A has grooved case. 3327A/3527A fits door stiles as narrow as 1-3/4". Newly designed device has a one piece center case cover.

Von Duprin 1606 Rim Device Strike for Panic Devices only.  Strike measure 1-3/8 x 2-7/8 with a 3/8 inch projection. The hole spacing is 2-1/8 inches.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 970323 299 Strike Adjustor is the piece that secures the placement of the Strike to the door frame or mullion.

The Von Duprin 338 Strike measures 1-5/8" by 1-7/8" with a 5/8" projection.   The screw mounting is 1-7/8".   This strike is used as a bottom strike on the Von Duprin surface and concealed vertical rod devices.
