General Ada Concealed Latch Cover Knob w/ Offset Pin

Zamac die cast construction with polished chrome plating. Outside diameter of the knob and cover are 1-3/4" with the inner ring diameter of 1-7/32". The ADA Barrier Free Lever is 3-3/4" long. The off set pin has a diameter of 11/32" and 2-11/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Concealed Latch Cover and Knob Assembly. Manufacture part # 8190. The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch. 

Norton 7700 Series Power Track

The Norton Power Track Closer-Holders combine the functions of a single point electromechanical door holder with the proven reliability of a 7700 Series Door Closer. The track assembly contains an arm slide and solenoid operated hold open mechanism and is available with or without an integral smoke detector. The closer is mounted on the door. The Power Track and hook-up box are mounted to the frame face for pull side installations or the frame soffit for push side installations.

Two versions, the Master Unit (PTDO) and the Support Unit (PTO). The PTDO has an integral smoke detector. The PTO can be plugged into the PTDO or into your existing fire alarm system. Both units can be mount pull side of the closed door, or the push side, please specify when ordering. Specify voltage (24 volt or 120 volt) and color (aluminum or dark brown). Dark Brown is a 3 week lead time, Aluminum is in stock.

The PTDO Master Unit is no longer available, they were discontinued in the 2024.

Stamped stainless steel construction with a Black Finish. Slide lock measures 4-3/16" long by 1-1/8" tall by 15/32" thick. The mounting plate has mounting screws 1-1/4" on center and is 2-15/32" long. The lock projects out 1-3/16" from the face of the door. The indicator is 2" in diameter and 13/32" thick. The Emco R1 Wall Rack system is perfect for hotels, restaurants, churches and schools. Another feature is their well constructed shoe can be adjusted down as the rubber wears making the holder last way longer than their competitors. Another use for them is as a door floor lock if mounted on the other side of the door. Once kicked down there's no entry possible unless you slide a flat item under the door to lift the door holder leg out of the way and push the door open. It can be opened from the inside as normal with your foot or hand. A very inexpensive security lock.

The Truth 14.75 hinge is the most common of the Truth Casement Hinges. The stainless steel track is 10" long, the glide is a plastic coated steel. The most common problem on this hinge is the shoe. When the hinge is installed incorrectly or not maintained the shoe could pull out the window track. Common numbers found on this hinge are 30744B, 31133C, 40942 and 40941.

This Truth hinge is used on the Wi1510, Wi1511, Wi1516, Wi1518, Wi1531, Wi1532, Wi1594 and Wi2301.

This hinge is sold in pairs (one top and one bottom). If your window is the opposite hand, the top hinge goes to the bottom and the bottom hinge goes to the top.

The Von Duprin 090076 Spring is located in top latch of the Surface Vertical Rod.  It is used on the 2227, 3327A, 3427A, 9827 and 9927 models. It is number 18 in the attached diagram. They are sold in packages of 10.
