The 4040SE Sentronic® is a heavy duty, non-handed, nonsized closer/holder designed to provide single point hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. The door is held open until current interruption releases the
holding mechanism and the door closes. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for interior doors. Choice of finishes, track functions, and installation accessories meet virtually all life safety requirements.

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with EXTRA DUTY HOLD OPEN arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The friction hold open arm allows for adjustable stop hold open positions up to 180 degrees.

ASI Matte Black grab bars are surface mount and come with conceales snap flange harwdare. This finish is only available in a 1-1/2" diamater bar, constructed from 18 guage stainless steel and ADA Complaint. Uses 2 holes for the mounting plate and 3 dimples for attaching the cover to plate.  The product is stainless steel with a matte black powder coated finish. With a matte black finish this product offers a more sophisticated and bold look while being aesthetically appealing to the eye.

Falcon Spring-n-Stop Hold Open Arm, non handed, extra duty forged parallel arm includes an integral spring stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic or abusive conditions.

LCN Door Closer Rod And Shoe

This piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Door Pull 21

This handle has a cross section dimension of 1/2" x 1" and is made of half round (underside is round) stock. The handle projects out 2-1/8" with a clearance of 1-5/8". This handle is available in 6" and 8" center to center mounting holes, but can be made in different Center to Center dimensions. This product is also known as a Door Handle or Door Grip. The handle ships with thru bolts and matching finish washers.

The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"
