Security Chase Mount Grab Bar fabricated with 18 gauge, 1-1/2" diameter tubing and flanges are 1/8" (3mm) thick stainless steel type 304 satin finish. The Closure Plate is 1/8" (3mm) thick and is welded the the bottom side of the grab bar. Closure plate is constructed of 12 gauge stainless steel. The 590 is made of solid brass and ships with matching screws.  The faceplate measures 1 x 6-3/4 inches, the strike is 15/16 x 2-1/4 inches and comes standard with a 12 inch rod.  The mountng screws are 1 x 6-1/4 inches on centers.

Metal Door Flush Bolt FB458

The Ives FB458 is a UL Listed Flush Bolt for use on Fire Doors. The face plate measures 1" wide by 6-3/4" long with a depth of 1-1/8". Hole spacing is 1/2 inch by 6-1/4 inches on centers. The bolt has a 3/4" throw and is 1/2" diameter. This Flush Bolt is available in Polished Brass, Oil Rubbed Bronze (dark brown) and Brushed Chrome. We try to stock the 12" rods, which are standard, but we can also get 18", 24", 36" and 48"

I would highly recommend the Lifetime Brass if these plates are going to be mounted outside. Solid brass is soft, and tends to dent easily and the clear coat can be compromised. The Lifetime Brass plates do not require a clear and will last a lot, lot longer!

LCN Door Closer Rod And Shoe

This piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Von Duprin 2227 Rod Guide

Works on all of the Von Duprin 2227's, and replaces the older style that featured the plastic cap and the springs.

Flanges fabricated of 20ga. stainless steel with a satin finish. Flanges have (3) countersunk 13/64" dia. holes to accept #10 flat or oval head screws furnished by others.

Rod is installed in straight section between two (2) mounting flanges. Rods longer than 60′′ require ceiling hanger Model No 1204-C18.

For use with standard shower curtain model No ’s 1200 or 1200-V having 60′′ length and standard hooks Model No 1200-SHU unit should be installed with rod centerline 74-1/2′′ AFF or 67′′  above tub rim to obtain 6′′ bottom overlap.

Tubing is 1″ diameter x 20 gauge with a satin finish. 48" Length will be as specified. Rod is held captive by flanges when installed properly. Rod may rotate in flanges if turned by hand. Correctly installed rod and flanges will support specified shower curtain(s) hung on hooks 1200-SHU or others. Rod will bend and pull from flanges if significant body weight is suspended.

The Von Duprin 9927 Rod Guide is the latest version of the Guide.  The guide includes the metal strap and the nylon bushing the rod slides through, a major improvement of the original version.

Works on all of the Von Duprin 98 and 9927's. Replaces the old style which had the cover and springs.
