Global Partitions Bottom Hinge For 1-1/4" Round Edge Post

Chrome plated Zamac die cast construction. Pivot hinge is 2-3/16" tall by 1-1/4" wide. The slot that wraps around the post is 1-1/4" wide and 11-16" deep. The hole spacing is 1-1/2" on center. Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Unplated Zamac die cast construction. The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 3-7/16" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-5/32" deep. The casting features four holes, two of them are 3/8" diameter, one is 7/32" diameter and the fourth is a threaded hole for a 5/16-18 screw. A.W. Anderberg 201ST 4 bar window hinge, cadmium plated steel construction.

Usually found on light commercial or residential buildings with hopper windows. This hinge is being discontinued, and replaced by the 201SS Hinge, which has the same hole spacing, length, and stack height.

LCN Door Closer Rod And Shoe

This piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Cast aluminum construction with steel bearings. The hinge measures 5" high by 2-1/2" wide. This hinge has a 3/4" offset.
