Von Duprin Electric Strike 6114 24VDC

Von Duprin 6100 Series electric strikes are designed for use with Rim devices.  The 6114 has a 3/4” latch bolt throw, 7” face plate length, 1-7/8” width, and projects1-9/16”.  The lock retrofits the Folger Adams FD 310-5.  Other voltages and replacement parts are available. 

FSE - Fail-secure.  Requires power to be applied to unlock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is locked-Fire Rated

FS - Fail-safe.  Requires power to be applied to lock the strike lip.  On loss of power, the strike lip is unlocked.  Non Fire-Rated.

Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. The Lock Guard with Security Pin is ideal to cover the latchbolt area of the door, lock and frame, with the added protection of a security pin to prevent separation of the door and door frame.  The plate is through bolted with carriage bolts and nuts, which are included with the guard.  The plate is constructed of 13 gauge stainless steel.  The plate measures 3" wide and 11-1/2" high, with a center to center on the mounting bolts of 10-1/2".

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Cal-Royal CRCODE204 is for use with the 2200, 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The Lever Mechanism features a Break Away Lever, for use with 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch thick doors, non-handed, Single Code User, Key Override, easy on the door code change, weather resistant, and more than 8000 non-sequential possible code combinations.

American Sanitary Partitions Top Hinge Pin

Zinc plated steel construction. The hinge pin is 3/8" diameter by 3-3/4" long. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Hinge Pin. Manufacture part # 98544.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Von Duprin 970323 299 Strike Adjustor is the piece that secures the placement of the Strike to the door frame or mullion.

Doromatic Surface Strike STK45

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the 1590, 1790 and 2090 Rim Devices. The strike base measures 1-5/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, and 1/4" thick. The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.
