The 533 Automatic Wall Type Holder and Stop is a commercial grade door holder.  The holder is mounted on the wall and strike is mounted on the door. It is constructed of cast brass, and measures 2 x 2-1/2 base and 2-1/8 inch high. Currently it is only available in brushed chrome.

The Norton PPTO PowerTrack for P7705 is a replacement piece for the P7705PTO Door Closer.  The Track includes the Slider, Soleniod and new mounting screws.  The PPTO Track is for the Push Side of the door, also known as the Stop Side because the track mounts on the jamb stop. Not available in 120 Volt.

Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both
single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel
cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.
Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4"
headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º,
trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be
controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º
to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from
abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck
combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to
protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available
with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product
shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The 538 Automatic Door Holder is constructed of cast brass, and then chrome plated. The wall mounted strike has a pivoting head to adjust to different angles. The Holder/Stop measures 3-11/16 x 3 inch base, the stop projects out 1-15/16, and the strike projects out 3-1/4 inches. Holder/Stop ships with fasteners.

Hadrain Partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are desgned for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose In or Out swing when ordering. Norton Door Closer Covers

Replacement Norton Door Closer Covers, made of impact resistance plastic.  Covers are available for the 1600, 7500, 8300, and 8500 Series Door Closers.

The Global Door Closer TC200 is recommended for use on all aluminum store front doors, wood or hollow metal commercial applications. It is a versatile utility closer that provides narrow styling and has a full selection of accessories to accomodate the requirement of any field installation.

In this series, our Global Door Closer TC201 is a multi-size spring model that offers adjustable power with a choice of range sizes 2-5 where high rates of closing force are required. Our TC201ADA model also offers adjustable spring power sizes 1-4 for use on interior doors requireing less than 5 lbs. of opening force and exterior doors requiring less than 8.5 lbs. This complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements. Both models will retrofit most full size closers with a 9 1/16" industry standard hole patten to update any opening for code compliance.

Standard new 4030 series closer is shipped with forged regular arm, metal cover and wood/self-tapping machine screw pack. swinging doors. Closer meets ADA requirements.

LCN 4110 Fusible Link Door Closer

Standard 4110 series closer shipped with Fusible Link arm, standard plastic cover, 4110-201 FIFTH SCREW SPACER and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.
