2-3/8" x 6-3/4" hole spacing. This door closer replaces the 4400BF. This newer version is Barrier Free Compliant.

The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Door Handing:

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.

Low Rise Tip-n-Roll Standard Aluminum Bleachers 3 and 4 rows high. Aluminum angle under structure 6" rise/row. First row seat 11-1/2" rise with 5" casters with non-marring wheels and non-marring foot pads. We offer for a 3 row high 7'6" wide for a 15 person maximum, 12' for 24 person maximum or a 15' for 30 person maximum. 4 row high bleachers are 7'6" wide for a 20 person maximum, 12' for a 32 person maximum and a 15' for a 40 person maximum seating.

Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both
single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel
cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.
Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4"
headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º,
trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be
controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º
to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from
abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck
combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to
protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available
with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product
shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The LCN Sentronic Door Closer 3130SE is a concealed overhead door closer

The 1010R Rubber Stair Tread features a Rib Design, with grooves all along the fall line.   The round nose is not tapered or adjustable.  The nose is 1/8" thick and tapers to 3/32" at the very back.  The radius of the nose is 3/4". They are designed for interior use.
