Ives Floor Mounted Door Holder FS40

This floor mounted door holder has been around since the 1960's. It used to go by the name Glynn Johnson GJF40A or F40A, and was brought over to the H.B. Ives line in the 1990's. Many schools and hospitals have this door holder in use today. It features: Automatic door holders ideal for heavy-traffic situations that require a simple, fool-proof, Hold-Open device. Forged from brass. Unit is activated automatically when door is opened. A firm pull on door releases the mechanism. Strikes accommodate different door to floor clearances. Model numbers are determined by strike/door-to-floor clearances. Holder position on door is adjustable.

Bobrick Partition Bottom Door Insert For 1" Door

Chrome plated Zamac die casting. The door insert outside measurements are 2-5/16" wide by 1-5/32" deep by 1-3/16" tall. The inside dimensions are 1" and the hex hole measures 3/4". The round hole measures 5/16". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Insert - Bottom 1". Manufacture part # 2490

Double sided door pulls in a cast stainless steel finish. The overall width is 4-3/4" x 1" deep. The center screws are 3-1/2". This manufacturer number is 54403. This kit includes both handles and screws for 1" thick doors.

Two Hole 1-3/8" Window Handle 5/16 Lock Up

This window handle features a 1-3/8" hole spacing wth a 5/16" lock up. The handle as a cast white bronze construction with a brushed nickel finish

Toilet partition continuous door stop for powder coated steel partitions, this has a slight round edge for attaching. The length is 57" and is used on a 1-1/4" slight round edge pilaster for mounting. Used with 1" doors and has a concealed turn latch with the pin coming out the center edge of the door. The hole spacing for the slot is 28-1/2" dead center of unit. The slot for the bolt to lock to is 7/16" wide x 5/8"ht. This helps with blocking the door gaps on the locking side of the door. This is made of brushed aluminum material and is used with in or out swing doors. Also known as Hadrian partitions part number 560058.

Finishes

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

Standard duty brass 2-1/4" knob is pinned to swivel spindle for 1-3/4" door.
Outside spindle is 3/8" solid center and inside spindle is 9/32". Inside knob
threaded 3/8-20 with two case hardened set screws.

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4" high with 2-3/4" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/4" long by 3/4" wide by 3/16" thick. Toilet partition door hinge side sightline filler for 1-1/4" thick powder coated steel pilaster post. This product has a slight round edge specifically for this material. The demensions are 1-1/4"x 54-1/2", this product is brushed aluminum and can be cut in the field. This product will help block the gap on the toilet partition hinge side. Known as 560458 from Hadrian partitions and can be used with other factories.

Back to Back mounted handles constructed of 3/4 inch round stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will have a stud mounting that is secured by a set screw.
