Truth Maxim Dual Arm Window Operator 50.10

The Truth 50.10 Maxim Dual Arm is one of the more popular new style operators. This operator is the same as the 50.00, but without the painted steel cover riveted to it. Some numbers we find on this operator are 41011 and 31876.

Door Stop, Pilaster Mounted, 2-1/2" X 4-1/4", Stainless Steel.

Cast Stainless Steel construction. The door stop base is 3" wide by 1-1/4" high with a 2-5/16" hole spacing. The stop projects out 2-1/2" and has a rubber insert in it. This door stop is usually mounted on the pilaster or post. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Door Stop. Manufacture part # 4153.

Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.

Penco Locker Double Tier lock bar, for a 60" ht locker, 27" length. Used 1996 - current. Used with the recess handle or the vanguard locker handle (2-piece assembly). Also known as 626574c in gray color. 2 Nylon Latch Clips and springs included.

Saddle Threshold 424 - 4" Wide By 1/2" High

Extruded aluminum construction. The thresholds are shipped with mounting screws (#10 x 1-1/2" FH zinc plated wood screws), Milled aluminum finish. This is considered a Handicap Saddle Threshold.

Hinged flap rolls down and locks the window shut. We find this window handle is used alot in the western states. The older version had a 1-3/8" hole spacing, but the new one has 1-1/2" hole spacing.

Sometimes we find the number R and 1 on the flap and DISCO cast in on the back of the handle.

Surface Mounted Partition Slide Bolt Latch Chrome Plated 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 5/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5060.
