Concealed Partition Latch Keeper Bumper Inswing Cast Stainless Steel

Stainless steel casting. The strike and keeper is 1-1/4" high by 2-1/2" deep by 1/8" thick. The stop is 1/2" deep by 1-1/4 wide with a rubber insert. The slots are 1/4" deep. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper Inswing Flat. Manufacture part # 5653.

Our TC201ADA model also offers adjustable spring power sizes 1-4 for use on interior doors requireing less than 5 lbs. of opening force and exterior doors requiring less than 8.5 lbs. This complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements. Both models will retrofit most full size closers with a 9 1/16" industry standard hole patten to update any opening for code compliance.

Zamac die cast and polished chrome plate construction. Keeper is 1-1/4" tall by 2-3/8" wide by 1-3/4" deep. The strike is a1/2" thick and the slot is 7/16" deep. The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.
