Gravity Door Coordinator 9"

When active door is open, coordinator prevents active door from closing until inactive door bypasses. Closing of inactive door causes strike plate on top of door to contact cam and lift arm, allowing active door to close. As inactive door continues closing, roller rides over strike plate on to door bracket, holding arm above active door.

Surface Mounted Partition Slide Bolt Latch Stainless Steel 3/8" Bar To Door Clearance

Cast stainless steel construction. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 5/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch and Toilet Partition Locks. Manufacture part # 5063.

To determine hand of operator, if your sash lock (window lock), is on the left, you would use a left hand operator. And if your sash lock is on the right, you would order the right hand operator. Ships with matching handle.

This complies with ADA handicap codes and ANSI/BHMA standard requirements. Common number found on this operator is 30905, which is found on the linkage arm, along with 45035 on the body, 40351 and 40352 on the arms. Also known as a TH-24174, TH-24175, TH-24176, and TH-24177. Replaces the TH-24018, TH-24019, TH-24020 and TH-24021.

Interkal Bleacher Hinge for Right hand. Also known as 133547.

The reinforcing pivot hinge is a good way to solve door sag issues. And also be a preventative solutions for future isses with extra heavy or wide doors. The hinges comes in two sizes 4 or 4.5 inches, and two finishes, prime coat and satin chrome. The hinge uses a heavy duty ball-bearing to add extra life.  The base metal is steel.
