Usually found on light commercial or residential buildings with hopper windows. This hinge is being discontinued, and replaced by the 201SS Hinge, which has the same hole spacing, length, and stack height.

The reinforcing pivot hinge is a good way to solve door sag issues. And also be a preventative solutions for future isses with extra heavy or wide doors. 10" and 12" only, if you have an older larger size, please use the A.W. Anderberg 301ST or A.W. Anderberg 301SS as a replacement. You might have to shim the tracks in these cases, because the stack height is lower on the steel and stainless steel hinges. A.W. Anderberg no longer makes the larger sizes of the Aluminum Hinges due to the brittle nature of aluminum.

Sold individually, we recommend changing both hinges with you are replacing the hinge.

The Falcon OHC100 and OHC101 Door Closer Body Only are designed for a wide variety of Doors.   The OHC100 is for use on larger exterior doors and has spring size adjustments of 3-5.   The OHC101 is designed for smaller or interior vestibule doors, with an adjustable spring size of 1-3.

International 53K01 Lever Trim

The International 53K01 Lever Trim is for the 5000 Series International Door Closer exit device.  The rose diameter is 3-3/8", with a lever length of 4",  and the projection is 3".  Available in Aluminum or Dark Bronze colors.   Available in Dummy, Passage, Classroom and Storeroom functions.   Classroom function the  key locks and unlocks the Lever Handle, if you turn the key one way it is  only unlocked for that one passage, if you turn the key the other way, the Lever is unlocked until it is locked again.   Storeroom/Night Latch function the Lever is always locked. Passage the lever is always free to open the door, it is never locked.  Dummy the lever is stiff and only acts as a pull.

Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.
