Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides.
