The 4310HSA SENTRONIC is an electrically controlled closer/holder designed to provide easy passage for groups of pedestrians through high traffic doors. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. All PR80 Closers are UL listed and warranted for ten years. Parallel Arm Brackets and mounting hardware are included with each closer permitting universal installation for regular, top jamb or parallel arm applications. The closer is supplied with a standard plastic slim style cover.

The closer is sized for 2 to 5 spring tension and will work on doors 24" to 54" Wide and 33 to 264 Lbs. This closer has a hole spacing of 3/4 x 9-1/16 inches.

The Barracuda DSO-PB is for use on Out Swinging 36" Doors with Exit Devices.  It is constructed of heavy duty steel with a durable powder coated finish.  The bar goes across the door frame and grabs the mounting cleat with an adjustable clamp.  To secure the door, simply turn the handle until it is secured.  They currently offer two models, one for jambs up to 5-3/4" and one for jambs greater than 5-3/4".  This device ships with all of the hardware and a wall mounting rack for storage.

The base mounting hole is 1" from the inside face of the leg face. The bracket projects out 2-1/2", and the holes are at 2-1/8" and 1-1/8" from the mounting face. The brackets are made of a zamac die cast material and polished chrome plated. This bracket is also known as a Two Piece Bracket - Two Holes, Toilet Partition Bracket, or Bathroom Stall Bracket. The manufacturers part number is 1860 or 650-6437. The bracket is shipped as two pieces plus all of the fasteners.

The Adams Rite 8600EL Electric latch Retraction Concealed Vertical Rod is designed for narrow stile aluminum framed glass doors.  The device will fit on stile widths of 2" or more.   The EL version We recommend this device for replacement or upgrading your current 8600 to Latch Retraction, modifying your existing door to this exit device will be labor intensive.  The 8611EL would be for the aluminum finish and the 8622EL would be or the dark bronze finish.
