Truth 16.52 Sash Lock. A very common sash lock that tends to fail because the plastic slide breaks due to incorrect installation at the window manufacturer or being forced when there is a obstruction in the window opening. The new replacement model has a thicker plastic slide. Because the slide is thicker, the keeper, part # Wi41268 and Wi41269 might have to be shimmed with small washers.

The Truth 50.00 Maxim Dual Arm is one of the more popular new style operators from Truth. They are only been around since 1999. Also known as a TH-24010, TH-24011, TH-24012, TH-24013, TH-24022, TH-24023, TH-24024, and TH-24025.

Common numbers sometimes found on this operator are 31876, 41011 and 41012.

Koala KB208 horizontal oval surface mounted changing station is made of high density polyethylene. The steel pivot rod secured in a metal tube offers sustained resistance to wear and improve durability. A gas spring mechanism ensures smooth open and close. Color Chart

The Truth Encore Handle and Cover are used on the Encore Operators Wi5110 and Wi5010.  The cover are constructed on Plastic and the Handles are die cast metal.  The ones shown on the website are Right Hand and the color is Bronze.  Once color is selected and hand, the different hands will appear, the color is not correct.

A.W. Anderberg 301AL 4 Bar Window HInge, aluminum construction.

Found in commercial aluminum framed hopper windows.

10" and 12" only, if you have an older larger size, please use the A.W. Anderberg 301ST or A.W. Anderberg 301SS as a replacement. You might have to shim the tracks in these cases, because the stack height is lower on the steel and stainless steel hinges. A.W. Anderberg no longer makes the larger sizes of the Aluminum Hinges due to the brittle nature of aluminum.

Sold individually, we recommend changing both hinges with you are replacing the hinge.

The Von Duprin 55NL Cam is one of the handed parts in the housing, the other is the Arm.  If you need to change the hand of a housing, you just need to order the other hand Cam.
