Replacement Casement Window Operator is made of a die cast housing and steel arm. The window operator housing has 4 mounting holes, 4-3/4" are the outside dimensions of the outside screws and 3-7/8" on the inside screws.

The Truth 50.00 Maxim Dual Arm is one of the more popular new style operators from Truth. They are only been around since 1999. Also known as a TH-24010, TH-24011, TH-24012, TH-24013, TH-24022, TH-24023, TH-24024, and TH-24025.

Common numbers sometimes found on this operator are 31876, 41011 and 41012.

The Truth 50.10 Maxim Dual Arm is one of the more popular new style operators. This operator is the same as the 50.00, but without the painted steel cover riveted to it. Some numbers we find on this operator are 41011 and 31876.

Common number found on this operator is 30905, which is found on the linkage arm, along with 45035 on the body, 40351 and 40352 on the arms. Also known as a TH-24174, TH-24175, TH-24176, and TH-24177. Replaces the TH-24018, TH-24019, TH-24020 and TH-24021.

To determine hand of operator, if your sash lock (window lock), is on the left, you would use a left hand operator. And if your sash lock is on the right, you would order the right hand operator. Ships with matching handle.
