The Swivel Glide 5/8" O.D. with Ferrule Outside Holding Clip Nylon Base is used on American Desk, Artco Bell, Carter Craft, Krueger, Peabody and Virco Chairs. Nylon or Plastic Base Glides slide easily across floors as long as the floor is free of grit and grime.  When you do have grit or grime on the floor, it gets impregnated in the nylon and will scratch the floor.  The top freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. The Aluminum Flag Wall Bracket 1/2 inch and 3/4 do not have thumb screws. This flag pole bracket Displays pole and flag at a 45 degree angle.
