These Metal furniture feet have a 1 1/4" in diameter base with nylon bottom. Metal base glides with nylon base are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors. Metal base glides are nickel plated and are extremely durable, but when they do wear out, they will scratch the floor. These swivel base chair glides freely swivel beyond 30 degree angle. Glide grips leg with inside holding clip, meaning it grabs the inside of the leg.
