The LCN 4410ME-3077 Arm is the standard arm shipped with the 4410ME Series.

Sargent 700 ET Spindle Kit 730-7

This Sargent Kit 730-7 includes the spring, spindle and the associated plates. Look under "More Views" for a detailed look of this repair kit. The 730-7 is for 1-3/4" doors.   Shank measures 4-1/4" long, square spindle is 5/16" square.

Concealed Top Latch for the ED5800 exit device.  Corbin Russwin part number 650F718.

International Door Closer T5 Push Pull Back to Back Mounting Screw is used on the PB-2000, PP-2000 and the PH-4000. Overall length is 3-3/16 inches including the head, and has a 3/8 inch diameter. The head has a 7/16 diameter and stick out 5/8 inches. The thread is 3/8-24.

Corbin Russwin ED5200 Active Head

Used on the Corbin Russwin ED5000 Rim Devices, for non fire rated doors. For fire rated doors, order the G650F36-8. A non fire rated door is a door were you can use your allen wrench to dog, or lock, the door in the open position during business hours.

The Doromatic 1690 Auxiliary Package PKG.150 is one of the installation packages shipped with new devices.   The kit includes the Rod Bearing Bushings, Traveler Lift Bracket, Retaining Rings and 5/32" Dog Key.

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The double center fin provides a true weather seal, compared to other piles without a fin suited for vibration reduction and pest control only.

The Detex DN Trim is built like their exit devices, extreme durable. Designed with a break-away lever to prevent permanent damage from vandalism or abuse. Escutcheon plate measures 1-7/8 by 8-1/4 inches, the plate is 7/8 inch thick. We ship the classroom function, key locks and unlocks the lever. The levers are field reversible.

LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, Swing-Free arm, track, track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. See 4310ME Series pages 23 & 24 for options. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted with Swing-Free arm engaged. Handed for right or left swinging door. Pedestrians, moving through the doorway, trigger the built-in scanner. When the door is opened to 80° or more, the door is electrically held open to minimize wear and tear on applied door hardware. After the last pedestrian in a group passes through the doorway, the system timer releases the hold-open, closing the door under control of the heavy duty closer. Single lever (track) arm closer is specifically designed for pull side mounting. Choice of finishes and accessories meet virtually all high traffic installation requirements.

The Heavy Duty Cal Royal CRCODE101 is for use on the 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rods. This lock features Single Code with up to 8000 code combinations, weather resistant, non handed, and code can be changed without removing the lock. Comes in Brushed Chrome finish only.

Installation and Programming Instructions

The Cal-Royal CRCODE204 is for use with the 2200, 7700 and 9800 Rim and Surface Vertical Rod Devices. The Lever Mechanism features a Break Away Lever, for use with 1-3/4 inch to 2 inch thick doors, non-handed, Single Code User, Key Override, easy on the door code change, weather resistant, and more than 8000 non-sequential possible code combinations.

The 1-1/4 inch diameter Decorative Cap comes in two different tread sizes 3/8-24 and 5/16-18.  The Cap measures 1 inch diameter by 3/8 inch thick. Stainless Steel base material.
