The TH1100-HK1 is the perfect solution for existing hinges that have failed, and is a quick and easy fix for compromised door openings.  Deluxe Hinge Kit TH1100-HK1 comes in a package of two hinges, 2 1/4" shims, and 12 one-way mounting screws.   The hinges are non handed, will work on Flush, and 1/8" offset door applications, have a self lubricating pin that rotates on anti-friction bearings, and have a vertical adjustment screw.   They are constructed of an aluminum alloy.

This CRL Jackson® Exit Deviceblends the reliability of the time-proven 10 Series Crossbar Device with the sleek, contemporary style of today's modern push-pad exit device. Available in a Rim, Concealed, and Surface Vertical Rod versions, this device is suitable for use with 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) narrow, medium, and wide stile aluminum, wood, or hollow metal doors. The base is easily trimmed for field sizing, and the vertical rods are shipped to fit up to 84" (2.13 m) tall doors. Extensions or longer rods for taller doors are available. This Exit Device features an easy-to-use dogging system, and is also available with keyed cylinder dogging.

The 1200 Series touch pad with "Soft-Touch" insert requires slight pressure anywhere on the bar insert for instant release of the locking mechanism. Overall projection is only 2-7/8" (73 mm) from the door surface, and mounting hardware is concealed. Active outside trim and other panic accessories are available.

The Von Duprin 55EO Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's. 

The Von Duprin 5547EO Exit Device is used primarily on aluminum framed glass doors, otherwise known as Narrow Stile Doors.   It is one of the most heavy duty cross bar devices made, and has been in production since at least the 1970's.  This device with for 7' high doors, call for doors that are taller then 7'.  To order select finish, and door material.   If you have a wood door, select wood door, the latches at the top and bottom have additional brackets for mounting.

The Cal Royal GLS7700 Rim Device is for use on Aluminum Framed Glass Doors when the Stile width is 1-3/4 inch or more.  The exit device ships with wood and machine screws, along with the Strike plate.  The stainless steel latch bolt has a 3/4 inch throw. This device is a Grade 1, which is the heaviest duty rating.

The Cal Royal GLSRIM9800 is an Entrance Function Lever Handle for the GLS7700 and GLS9800 Narrow Stile Rim Exits.  The Base measures 1-3/4 inches wide by 8 inch tall, with a 2-3/8 inch thick base.

The 594 is constructed of solid brass. The latch bolt is 5/8 inch half round with a 9/16 inch throw.  The bolt ships with mounting screws and strike. The latch bolt has a chamfered end to draw the door in.

The Cal-Royal 9800 Rim Device is a grade 1 Heavy Duty Exit Device.   The 9800 has the same template as the 8800 and 9800 with escutcheon lever trim. The 36 inch device will be 32 inches wide and can be cut down an additional 2" to fit doors as narrow as 30 inches.  The 48 inch will be 44 inches wide and can be cut down to fit doors 36 inches wide. The device is non handed, meaning it will work on a left hand reverse or right hand reverse door. Strike and mounting screws are included.

The Cal-Royal 9860 is a Grade 1 Surface Mounted Vertical Rod Exit Device. 

The Cal-Royal NARL9800 is a time tested heavy duty Alarmed exit device.  Alarm works with a 9 volt battery.

Cal-Royal 9000 Series NESC Lever Trim features hardened steel tailpiece and heavy duty spring to prevent sagging. Standard 6-Pin Schlage C mortise cylinder included. Rigid entrance, key locks or unlocks lever.

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

The Adams Rite P8800 is the same device as the 8800 Star Wheel exit device, except it has a Pullman Latch, which is more popular.  Push bar Length Standard sizes: dimensioned for 30, 36, 42, and 48 inch openings. Standard width bars can be field cut to the next smallest opening width.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

The Falcon Dor-o-Matic 3049DS Dead Stop Hold Open Arm is used on their SC60, SC70 and SC80 Door closers only. This arm is non-hnaded, stamped, heavy duty, hold-opn parallel arm includes a positive mechanical stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic and harsh conditions.

The Cal Royal Escutcheon 4400 Lever Trim is non handed (easily field reversible), thru-bolted, rigid non clutch lever for the 4400 Rim Device. The key locks or unlocks the lever. The Escutcheon measures 2-3/4 by 8-1/2 inches, the lever length is 4-3/4 inches.

The Cal Royal 4400 Thumbpiece Trim is for use on the 4400 Rim Device only. The plate measures 3-1/2 by 16 inches. The key locks or unlocks the thumbpiece. This plate ships with a 6 pin solid brass "C" keyway rim cylinder. And only comes in brushed chrome and dark bronze finishes.

Falcon Spring-n-Stop Hold Open Arm, non handed, extra duty forged parallel arm includes an integral spring stop and non-adjustable forearm assembly for high volume traffic or abusive conditions.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Rim Device is part of the new 4500 Series.  They are designed for Narrow Stile doors with a minimum of an 1-3/4" stile width.  This is a Grade 1 Exit Device, which is the highest traffic rating possible. Exit device ships with strike and mounting screws.

The Cal-Royal 45 Narrow Stile Surface Vertical Rod is part of the new 4500 Series. They are designed for Narrow Stile Doors with a Stile width of at least 1-3/4 inches. The device is rated as a Grade 1, which is the heaviest traffic rating possible. They ship with all mounting hardware and strikes.  This device is non handed and uses a Allen Type dogging system.

The Cal-Royal 4500 Series Lever Trim is for use on the 45-RIM and 45-SVR Exit Devices. The Lever Trim is non handed and ships with a 6-pin C Keyway Cylinder. The function is Classroom, which means the key will lock or unlock the lever. The lever also incorporates a clutch function so the mechanism will not break when excessive force is applied to the lever.

The Von Duprin 900850 Latch Cover Screw Package is used on the 22, 33, 35, 98 and 99 Series surface vertical rod latch covers.  The are sold in packages of 2 screws.

The ESC6600 are non handed, with a Grade 1 thru bolted design. It features a clutch mechanism, double heavy duty spring support to prevent sagging and a hardened stell heavy duty spindle. Entrance function, key locks or unlocks lever, operates as a Classroom Function. Ships with mounting screws and a 6-Pin Schlage Mortise Cylinder. 

Aluminum Store Front Door Flush Bolt FB-1202

15/16" x 4-1/4" radius face, 5-7/32" hole spacing, 1/8" offset, 5/8" throw, 12" rod length, with a square nylon tip with beveled corners fits in a 1/2" square hole.

Metal Door Automatic Flush Bolts FB31P

Fully automatic-inactive door is latched, bolts are extended when active door closes, door is unlatched, bolts retract when active door is opened. The Ives FB31P Body is 1” wide by 6-3/4” long and 2” deep. Bolt throw is 3/4” with a 7/8” adjustment with a 3/4” backset,  standard rod is 12” which is measured from the center of latch body to the bolt tip.

Rods are also available in 18”, 24” and 36”, call for pricing.  We ship the 12” rods, and this set would include the top and bottom latches.
