The reinforcing pivot hinge is a good way to solve door sag issues. And also be a preventative solutions for future isses with extra heavy or wide doors. The hinges comes in two sizes 4 or 4.5 inches, and two finishes, prime coat and satin chrome. The hinge uses a heavy duty ball-bearing to add extra life.  The base metal is steel.

• Ideally suited for use with rose or escutcheon 2-3/4" wide or less.
• For use with Type 86 Mortise and Type 161 Cylindrical Locks
  (ANSI 156.13 Series 1000 and ANSI 156.2 Series 4000).
• No exposed fasteners on face of unit.
• Unique design provides maximum security, virtually eliminating the
  opening between door and frame at the latch point.
