The Falcon 8242 Automatic Opener is a smart and easy solution to improve accessibility and meet ADA Codes.  The 8242 is a non handed, surface mounted, 115 volt closer for a push side mounting.   If your door is an inswinging door you would use the 8231.   This self contained package features, an on board power supply, LED light on the control box to signal accurate installation and helps with connection diagnostics.  The package includes everything except for the actuators.

The Dorma RTS88 Offset Slide Arm 8812 is used on in the RST31, RST30, RTS29, RST28, RST27, RTS26 and RTS25 packages.  This arm is used on Single Acting Doors.

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm 8831is for use on Single and Double Acting doors.  This is the standard arm in the RST01 and RST02 Packages.

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm with Channel 8832 is for use on Double and Single Acting Doors.   It is the standard arm in the RST04, RST05 and RST06 packages.

The Dorma RTS88 Top Arm 8835 is for use on Double or Single Acting doors that have a 1" top rail.  This is the standard arm on the RST07 and RST10 packages.

Dorma RTS88 Series overhead concealed door closer for both
single and double-acting doors. The RTS88 will consist of a steel
cam, rollers, and springs housed in a compact cast iron body.
Closers will be capable of being installed in minimum 1-3/4" x 4"
headers. RTS88 will have maximum door opening to 90º or 105º,
trim conditions permitting. Sweep and latch speed will be
controlled by two noncritical adjustment valves from 90º or 105º
to closed. Built-in pressure relief valve will protect the closer from
abuse caused by forced closing. A mechanical backcheck
combined with a positive stop at 90º or 105º will be provided to
protect the door and frame. The RTS88 closer will be available
with hold open at 90º or 105º, or without hold open. The product
shown here is just the replacement cylinder.

The Russwin 2800, 2810 and 2820 in no longer available. They have been replaced by the Corbin Russwin DC6210, which has the same hole spacings and arm. You will not have to redrill or modify your door to make the DC6210 work in place of your existing 2800, 2810 or 2820 door closers. The DC6210 has a little bit larger body due to the increased functionality of this closer. This new closer will meet all the ADA requirements.

Uses the same mounting bracket as the 100, and 2800 series.

Older models may have SL72 or MS93 cast on the cylinders. You may also find Clarksdale, MS cast on the cylinder also.
