The 422SB Push Bar is the same as our popular 422, except it only has a single bend. The bar is made of 1 inch diameter solid aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel. It has a projection of 2-1/8 inches with a clearance of 1-1/8 inches. The bar is fastened to the door with a 5/16-18 thru bolt. Each bar is custom made to order.

The 422 with 49D are constructed of 1 inch solid stock, with the material determined by the finish (color). The push bar has a clearance of 1-1/8 and the handle has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. The projection is 2-1/8 on the push bar and 2-1/2 inches on the handle. The pull handle is 12 inches on center, with a 7 inch offset. The set comes with two 5/16-18 thru bolts and one 5/16 back to back conehead.

The 418/418S is constructed of 3/8 x 1-1/2 inch of aluminum, brass, bronze or stainless steel bar stock. It projects out 2 inches and has a clearance of 1-1/2 inches. It is available with and without a mounting pad. The mounting pad would measure 1 x 3 x 1/8 inch. The bars are shipped with mounting fasteners.

Aluminum Kick Plate with Diamond Plate Finish, .063 inch thick.  Same as our 1/8 inch thick plate, but 1/16 inch thick. Plates come with or without screws, the without will not be drilled.

The Burns Manufacturing 455 Adjustable Push/Push units consists of 2 454 push bars and and 1 453 pull bar. They are adustable up to 36". The tubes are 1 inch round and the bases are 2 inch diameter by 2-1/2 inch projection. The base metal is brass.

The 80 Series Push Plate is similar to the 70 series, but has a round bevel on the top and bottom of the plate. There is no bevel on the sides. These plates are  an 1/8 inch thick and are available many different finishes and size.  Custom sizes are available, and they ship with the matching finish mounting screws.

Back to Back mounted handles constructed of 3/4 inch round stock.  One handle will be threaded and the other will have a stud mounting that is secured by a set screw. The C Shaped Offset Pull has 12 inch centers and has a 13 inches overall length. The clearance is 1-1/2 inches with a 2-1/2 inch projections. The handle is constructed on 1 inch diameter stock, the offset is 7 inches. The base is 7/8 inch round stock. The handle is furnished with thru bolts and finish washers.

Door Pull Offset 1" Diameter PH-4000

1" Diameter Solid Aluminum Round 3-1/4" Offset Door Pull, usually used on aluminum frame glass doors. This handle offers three different mounting options, one is surface mounted, where the handle is mounted over a mounting stud and then you tighten the set screw to hold the handle in place. The second method is thru bolted, the bolt goes all the way thru the door. And the third is back to were you have two handles mounted back to back.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 24 threads per inch.

International Door Closer T5 Push Pull Back to Back Mounting Screw is used on the PB-2000, PP-2000 and the PH-4000. Overall length is 3-3/16 inches including the head, and has a 3/8 inch diameter. The head has a 7/16 diameter and stick out 5/8 inches. The thread is 3/8-24.

The 1-1/4 inch diameter Decorative Cap comes in two different tread sizes 3/8-24 and 5/16-18.  The Cap measures 1 inch diameter by 3/8 inch thick. Stainless Steel base material.
