The Doromatic 1790 rim device is typically used in applications where maintenance is a concern because the rim device has fewer parts and pieces than current exit devices. The result is less maintenance and adjustment. The streamlined design has no openings for chains, reducing the risk for code infringements and offering increased building security by eliminating the possibility of tampering and forced entry through the use of coat hangers and other tools. The Doromatic 1790 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 2090 series crossbar device.

Shipped with all screws and strikes. If you wish to use a key cylinder on the exterior, you will need the 1790 NL/HB Cylinder Assembly, 179CA.

The design of the Doromatic 1690 is ideal for demanding, high-traffic applications. The vertical rods and latch mechanisms are concealed in the vertical door stile, ensuring trouble-free operation. Cast metal cover plates and end caps hold up to rigorous use. A quick, singlepoint dogging feature in the housing deactivates the device, permitting unrestricted traffic flow. The Doromatic 1690 may also be used to retrofit a Doromatic 1990 Series crossbar device.

Effective December 20, 2024 Falcon Doromatic has discontinued this exit device.  They are currently working on retro-fit plates to make transitioning to 1790EO easy.

The Detex 10 Series is a Super-Heavy-Duty panic device, built to with stand 1,000,000 cycles, twice the standard for Grade 1 rated devices.  Designed for high-use and high-abuse environments.  Non Handed with 1/4 turn hex dogging.

Cal Royal 7760 Surface Vertical Rod Exit Device

For use in institutions, schools, universities, commercial buildings where heavy duty reliable operation is a requirement. ANSI A156.3, Grade 1 heavy duty exit device in surface vertical rod and rim designs. Rail assemblies are heavy duty extruded aluminum body with stainless steel push pad and end caps are made of brass, bronze or stainless steel. Rail travels in direction of the door swing. Cal Royal 7000 Alarmed Exit Device

Same as the Cal Royal 7700, but with these added features"

Alarm unit has internal horn. When the push rail is depressed, the horn sounds to provide an audible means of signaling that the door has been opened and violated. The unit has changeable 2 minute alarm cutoff or manual reset. Preset at factory for 2 minute alarm cut off. The key switch to turn alarm off is a standard 1 ¼” cylinder with “C” keyway. The alarm operates on one standard 9 volt transistor battery. When battery is weak the horn will emit an intermittent signal. Alarmed units are supplied with a switch that monitors push rail only. Unit includes “EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY • ALARM WILL SOUND” decal for application on door or unit.

The Cal Royal A2200 Series is a heavy duty Grade 1 device.  Available in Panic and 3 Hour Fire Rated versions. The device is non handed, and features a 3/4 inch latch bolt throw. The device is constructed of heavy gauge steel and then powder coated. The non fire rated version will feature dogging, the fire rated version will not.  This device retro fits the Sargent 28 Series.

Cal Royal 2000 Alarmed Exit Device

Adams Rite 8800 Exit Device

The 8800 features the Starwheel locking bolt that interlocks door to the door frame.  This device is used exclusively on aluminum framed glass storefront doors.  If your door is 35" wide, then you would order the 36" device.  We want to make sure they device is wide enough to span the glass on the storefront doors.  Replacement parts are available.
