The Doromatic Exit Device 1690/1990 Pullman Latch Assembly PB132 is for use with Electric Strikes only.  This part is also some times called the Doromatic PL Bottom Latch.

Dormatic Exit Device Part 1690/1990 Rod Latch Assembly

Doromatic RL Bottom Latch measures 3-1/8" tall by 13/16" wide by 1-1/4" deep. Latch is 1/2" diameter. Also used on the Doromatic Falcon 1490 and EL versions of the 1490 and 1690.
