Doors | International Door Closer

The International 8000 Series End Cap is used on the hinge side of the the exit device.  This cap includes the mounting bracket and the mounting screws.   It is constructed of a die cast metal for years of service.  The piece measures 2-3/8" by 2-1/4" by 1-1/2".  This end cap is used on the International Door Closer models, 8510S, 8610S, 8710S, 8810S, 8620S, 8530S, and 8650S devices, along with the same devices ending in F.    

The International Flushbolt Standard Guide is the piece that fits into the top or bottom of the door and acts as a guide for the Flushbolt Rod.  The piece measures 1-3/8" x 1-1/2".  The square hole in the piece is a 1/2" square.  The manufacture part number is FG-1200.

The International Door Closer 3010-S Side Load Arm is used with the 200, 300 and 500 Series Concealed Overhead Door Closer for Center Hung Doors.   The arm is constructed of cast iron and measures 10" long, and 7/16" thick.   The package includes all the mounting screws.

International Door Closer T5 Push Pull Back to Back Mounting Screw is used on the PB-2000, PP-2000 and the PH-4000. Overall length is 3-3/16 inches including the head, and has a 3/8 inch diameter. The head has a 7/16 diameter and stick out 5/8 inches. The thread is 3/8-24.

International Door Closer T6 Surface Stud is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 1-1/4 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 24 threads per inch.

International Door Closer 3010-FSP Concealed Closer Mounting bracket is for use on all concealled Jackson CRL door closers. Brackets measure 3-5/8 x 1-1/2 inches. Kit comes with mounting screws.

International Door Closer T1 Push Pull Mounting Screw is used PH-4000, PB-2000, and PP-2000.  The screw measures 2-9/16 inches long, with a 3/8 inch diameter and 24 threads per inch.

Aluminum Store Front Door Flush Bolt FB-1202

15/16" x 4-1/4" radius face, 5-7/32" hole spacing, 1/8" offset, 5/8" throw, 12" rod length, with a square nylon tip with beveled corners fits in a 1/2" square hole.

The International 8630 Top Latch Assembly.  This is the Top Latch for the 8630 Surface Vertical Rod.

The International Door Closer (IDC) 8710S is a narrow design rim device. The minimum stile width has to be 2-19/32 inches. The device features a 3/4 inch throw deadlocking latchbolt, hex key dogging, and ships with machine screws and strike. The device is Grade 1 Rated, which is the highest rating possible. The 36 inch device is 33-15/32 long and the 48 is 44-3/4 inches.

The International Door Closer 8730S is designed for narrow stiles. The minimum stile width is 2-19/32 inches. It will not work on a true narrow stile door witch is usually 1-3/4 inch. The 36 inch version is 33-15/32 inches and the 48 inch version is 44-3/4 inches. The device is rated Grade 1, which is the highest rating. Rods are 1/2 inch diameter tubular with rod guides. The exit ships will all screws and strikes need for instillation.

One inch diameter solid push bar, 2-1/4 inch projection with 1-1/4 inch clearance and 33-1/16 inch centers.  One side is thru bolted the other is mounted on a surface mounted stud.

The International 8600 Dogging Assembly is used on the 8510S, 8710S, 8610S, 8810S, 8501S, 8710S, and many more.

International Door Closer 44CI Regular Arm.  Can be used as a replacement for any of the Copy Cat LCN 4040 Regular Arms.
