Jackson Exit Device 1085 and 1095 Thumb Piece Dogging Pin

Jackson 1085 and 1095 dogging pin. Replaces the standard screw driver Jackson 1085/1095 Dogging Pin with a convenient Thumb Turn Dogging Pin. Includes everything shown in picture.

The 1085/1285/2086 is mounted on the frame at the top of the door and in the floor at the bottom.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-0846.

The Jackson 2085-3185 Top Strike Package is mounted on the frame of the door were the top latch can engage it.   The Package includes the Strike, Plate, Latch Adjusting Wrench and the Mounting Screws.   Jackson Part Number 30-1345.

The Jackson 1285/1295 Push Bar End Cap Package comes complete with the right and left side caps, mounting bracket and screws.  This piece is available in aluminum (silver) and dark bronze (dark brown).

The Jackson 1095P Paddle Exit Device is designed for use on narrow style aluminum storefront doors.  It features the same housing as the Jackson 1095, but with a paddle instead of a cross bar.  This peice is designed for aluminum or steel doors, it will not work on wood doors.   The device mounts on surface studs that need to be drilled and tapped on the door, if the door is wood, the threads will simply pull out.

Zipper Pile Weatherstrip is a full density, high performance, water-resistant pile woven to a unique zipper tooth design polypropylene backing. The zipper tooth design allows the pile to easily snap into the extrusion slot from above rather than having to slide the pile in from the ends. Whether it's being used in manufacturing or retrofitted, the application is much easier and faster. It even works if the slot is slightly off size. Zipper Pile can be used to retrofit aluminum, vinyl, fiberglass or wood T-slots without the need to take the complete window or door sash apart. The Jackson 30-1311 Top Latch is used on the 2085 and 3185 Exit Devices. The new number for this product is 301311PKG.

The Jackson CRL 1085 and 1285 come with a standard rod and case for a 7 foot door.  They also offer a 12 and 24 inch rod extension.

The Jackson 201129 Track is used with the offset arms of the 20330 Door Closer.  The track measures 1/2 inch thick by 1-9/32 inches wide by 12-7/8 inches long. We can no longer get just the track.  This item will now include the arm.

This track was discontinued by CRL/Jackson.  You can get the track still, but you have to purchase it with the arm. Part Numbers G201312LC and G201134LC.

The Jackson 20368 is used with the 20330 Door Closer offset arms. Track measures 25/32 inches tall by 29/32 inches wide and 14 inches long.

The Jackson Exit Device Rod and Case Assembly is used on 7' doors for the models 1085, 1285 and 2086 devices.

Hold Open Cushion Arm for the CRL PR90, Cal-Royal CR441 and International 44CI door closers.  For use in parallel arm applications only, T Handle locks the door in the open position.

The CRL PR90 is a Grade 1 door closer, the heaviest rating possible.  The template is the same as the LCN 4040 with the same features, latching speed, closing speed, back check and power adjustment from size 1 ADA compliant to size 6.

We offer the Standard Cylinder PR90 and also the Delayed Action PR92. Delayed Action will hold the door open for 15-20 seconds to allow handicap individuals to clear the opening before the door closes.
