LCN Hold Open Arm Wrench T-1157

This wrench is used to adjust LCN Friction Hold Open Arms,
one side if for the 1-1/2" nut and the other is 1-3/16"

The LCN Fusible Link melts at 165 degrees to release the hold open mechanism.   Link measures 1-3/8 long by a 1/2" wide, the center to center distance on the holes is 15/16".

LCN Door Closer Parallel Arm Shoe

This is the shoe that LCN uses on some of there door closers for the parallel arm mounted door closers. A parallel arm closer is a door closer that has the arm parallel to the door when the door is closed. This part is also known as the 1260-62PA, 1460-62PA, 4030-62PA, and 4040-62PA. Ships with mounting screws.

LCN SEM7850-515 Magnet Hardware Package is used to mount the Armature or the Door Mounted part of the Magnetic Door Holders.   If you are currently using LCN door holders, you will not need to purchase this.   However, if you are using another brand and they have gone missing, you will need to purchase this component.

LCN Door Closer Rod And Shoe

This piece fits into the female part of all LCN Regular Arms. The old style had two concave set screws and a ball pressed into the rod. If the door over rotated the ball would pull out of the concave set screws. The new version has a pin holding the rod to the shoe which is designed to fail if the door is over rotated. This piece will work on the LCN 1260, 1460, 4010, 4020, 4030 and 4040 door closers with regular arms. Some of the really old models have multiple threaded holes, so you might have to drill a hole in the female tube. Part #'s 4040-79, 4040-79LR and 4040-79ELR. The 1260, 1460, 4010, or 4020 could replace the 4040 in those part numbers, they are the same.

Plastic Cover

of the LCN closers have the same shape cover on the door closer
cylinder.

These standard metal extensions can be used with the LCN SEM magnet door holders to increase the holder projection. The treads on this piece are 3/8-16.

LCN SEM7810-514 Coupler Assembly Kit

The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch.

Use this LCN Drop Plate when mounting the door closer on the Pull or Hinge Side of the Door. Allows to door closer to me mounted on narrow stile doors.

LCN Drop Plate for Parallel Arm Mounting

The 18PA LCN Drop Plates are designed to lower the mounting holes on doors with glass at the top of the door. If your door has a narrow stile at the top of it surrounded by a metal frame, mount the door closer on this plate.

Standard 4010 series closer is shipped with fusible link arm, standard plastic cover, and self reaming and tapping screws. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder (4011) adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Fusible link melts at 120 degrees and allows the door to close. This new LCN Door Closer is a direct replacement for the Norton 7500 and Yale 4400 Door Closers.  It features, a cast aluminum cylinder, 2-3/8” x 6-3/4” hole spacing, 25 year warranty, powder coated finishes, and stick on mounting template.  This door closer comes with the ability to mount on the push, pull or top jamb and is non handed.   The door closer meets Grade 1-ANSI A156.4, UL/cUL, ADA and the Buy American Act certifications.
