Replacement Rod for the LCN 4630 Door Closer, LCN Part # 4630-82

LCN 4630 replacement arm, LCN part # 4630-3077T

The LCN Roller Set Screw is the allen screw that holds the Roller to the Arm.  The tread is 10-32.

The LCN Fusible Link melts at 165 degrees to release the hold open mechanism.   Link measures 1-3/8 long by a 1/2" wide, the center to center distance on the holes is 15/16".

LCN SEM7850-515 Magnet Hardware Package is used to mount the Armature or the Door Mounted part of the Magnetic Door Holders.   If you are currently using LCN door holders, you will not need to purchase this.   However, if you are using another brand and they have gone missing, you will need to purchase this component.

The LCN 1370 was a door closer made in the late 1990's to 2006 or so. The closer had a special mounting plate that made installation very quick. Many people have this door closer in use and now they are starting to fail. The LCN 1370-18QF Quick Fix Plate converts the mounting holes of the 1370 to a standard template closer, which is 3/4" x 9-1/16". By using this plate you will not have to redrill holes in your door. The plate measures 2 by 10-1/4 inches with tapped holes that measure 3/4 x 9-1/16 inch.

The 18PA LCN Drop Plates are designed to lower the mounting holes on doors with glass at the top of the door. If your door has a narrow stile at the top of it surrounded by a metal frame, mount the door closer on this plate.

This arm will only work on the 4010SE. If you have another LCN Sentronic Model, we can order the arm you need. For us to do that we would need to know which model you have (4110SE, 4010SE, ect..) and the hand of the door, see diagram. This arm is for a discontinued LCN Door Closer. We can not allow returns, each arm is special ordered.

The arm shown in the picture is a 4040SE arm, the 4110SE arm is the same, but the shaft hole is an oval.
