This is the Hex Stud used on the 992L Lever Trim and the 991K Knob Trim. The threads are 1/4-20. Overall length is 1-3/4".   Later versions of the 992L had a larger thread size.

Von Duprin Exit Device Keyed Mullion Retrofit Kit

Keyed Removable Steel Mullions makes removal faster and easier by a single operation of the mortise cylinder. Once mullion is removed, large equipment or furniture can freely pass through the opening. The unit will self lock when re-installed, without use of the cylinder key. Uses a 1-1/4´´mortise cylinder with a
straight cam (Schlage cam reference B502-191). Cylinders are sold separately. Prefix mullion model with “KR”.

This is the component that is designed to break, if the lever handle is forced to open , this pin snaps so your trim is not destroyed. 3/16" diameter shaft by 5/8" overall length. Retaining Ring included.  This shear pin is used on the 230L, 360L, 992L, 994L and 996L Von Duprin Lever Trims.

Von Duprin NL Drive Screw 090074

The 090074 NL Drive Screw is used on the Von Duprin 22, 98 and 99 Exit Devices to control the rotation of the key cylinder cam. This small set screw, screws into the back of the chassis assembly next to the receptor for the Rim Key Cylinder. The set screw measures 5/16" long by 3/16" diameter. Note: When the NL drive screw is left in back of device, the outside cylinder will function only as a Night Latch. The Night Latch function means the door can only be opened, but not dogged open with the key cylinder.

The Von Duprin Mullion Stabilizer Package are used with Von Duprin Mullions to stop any deflection on the mullion, which may cause the exit devices to release.  We run into issues where people are able to shake the door, and the door opens.   The package includes two sets of stabilizers and all the mounting screws.

Von Duprin Mullion Weather Stripping

Von Duprin 050580 10' Weatherstripping for the 5654 and 5754 Mullions.  Each strip is 10' long and two would be required per mullion.  This product is specific to Von Duprin products and will usually only work on Von Duprin Products.

The Von Duprin Old Style Dogging Shaft was used on devices manufactured before July 1997.  The Shaft measures roughly 1-1/2" long with a 1/2" diameter.  The hex is 5/32".

This Von Duprin Strike is used for the bottom latch of the 22, 33, 33A, 55, 88 and 99 Rim Devices.  Also known as a Blade Stop.

Von Duprin Strike 1609

This strike is used when we have a double door application without a center post. By using this strike we can have one door with a surface vertical rod and one door a rim device, which will save money because vertical rods are usually expensive. This strike can be used with the Von Duprin 22/2227, 88/8827, 98/9827 and 99/9927 combinations, but not with the Fire Rated Versions. The strike base measures 1-1/16" wide by 3-1/4" high, the lip projects out 7/8". The three slots are 1-1/4" on center. This strike ships with the mounting screws.

The Von Duprin 248L-4 Strike is used as a Bottom Strike on the 2227, 8827, 9927, and 9827 Surface Vertical Rod Panic Devices. The 248L-4 strike measures 9/16" wide by 2-1/2" high with a hole spacing of 1-7/8. The strike projects out 3/8".

This strike measures 2-7/8" tall by 1-1/4" wide with a roller projection of 9/16". Used on the Von Duprin 22, 88, 98 and 99 when a lower profile strike is need in place of the Von Duprin 299 Strike. The hole spacing is 2-1/8" on center, and it ships with mounting screws and a shim. Also known as a Von Duprin Surface Roller Strike.

The Von Duprin 299F Strike is used on the 22, 88, 98, and 99 Fire Rated Rim Devices (no hex or cylinder dogging). The 299F strike measures 1-1/4" wide by 2-7/8" high with a slotted hole spacing of 2-1/8". The roller projects out 13/16". The non fire rated version would be the Von Duprin Strike 299.

This Von Duprin Strike is used for the bottom latch of the 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927. The strike measures 1-7/8" by 1-7/8" outside dimension of the square flange, with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1-1/8". The part that is inserted into the floor is 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" and drops down 13/16". Also known as a Von Duprin Floor Mounted Mortise Strike.

Von Duprin Strike 385A

The Von Duprin 385A Strike is used on the floor for the Von Duprin 2227, 8827, 9827 and 9927 Surface Vertical Rods. The strike face plate outside dimensions are 2-1/4" x 2-1/4" with an inside dimension of 1-1/8" by 1". This floor strike features a bolt that can be cemented into the floor. Zinc plated finish.
