Top Latch for the Yale 7120 Concealed Vertical Rod Exit Device.  Yale part number 60-7020-0057-000

The Yale 2701 is a non handed door closer that can be mounted push, pull or top jamb. The closer is adjustable 1-6 sizing, so it will work on any size door, interior or exterior.  The closer ships with a full cover, and all the mounting screws. This a Grade 1 closer, which is the highest rating possible. The mounting is 3/4 x 12 inches on centers.

Yale Upper Latch Arm and Bracket Assembly 60-7220-0030-048 for use on the 7220 Narrow Stile Concealed Vertical Rod. Used to be called the 7220 Rod and Yoke Bracket Assembly. The Latch Arm and Brackets measures 13-1/4 inches long x 5/8 inches wide.

Corbin Russwin 677F08-5 Spring Retainer Hub, this is also known as the Yale 60-7000-6217-082 Hub, Lever. The Spring Retainer Hub is not longer available, in it's place an assembly is now shipped that includes all the pieces to update your lever trim, the picture of the new assembly is in the photo stream.

The Yale 7000 Cylinder Dogging Sub Assembly is used on non Fire Rated Yale and Corbin Russwin panic devices.   Like the Hex Key Sub Assembly, this one is for use with a Key Cylinder.
