The Adams Rite Latch Retraction (LR) Ciruit Board is used on devices sold after 2004.  The board measures 1-3/4 inches by 2-3/4 inches.

Adams Rite RX Monitor Single Switch is a retrofit kit for all the 3000/8000 exit devices.  The switch has 3 wires to connect to your system.
