The ALREX hinge is a full function hydraulic door closer hinge. It contains all the features of a door closer, closing and latching speed control, power adjustment, and optional hold open feature. They are available in 4, 4.5 and 5 inch (leaf height), and are currently available in Stainless and Black finishes.

Package includes 2 hydraulic closer hinges and one dummy, for a standard 3 x 7 foot door, 100 pound door.

Sweep Lock for Aluminum Windows

Made die cast metal, unfinished. Lock measures 1-5/8" x 15/16" x 3/8" projection. Available in left and right versions, the Right Hand version is shown in the picture. This lock is found on aluminum framed windows. Ships with Latch and Nylon Bushing, the screw is not included.

Standard LCN Sentronic Door Closer 4310ME series closer shipped with a 24V or 120V cylinder (please specify) on a mounting plate, metal cover, Swing-Free arm, track, track roller, and wood and machine screw pack. See 4310ME Series pages 23 & 24 for options. Sized cylinders for interior doors to 4’0”. Functions as full rack and pinion door closer when hold-open is not engaged or current is interrupted with Swing-Free arm engaged. Handed for right or left swinging door. Concealed or exposed electrical connections. Built-in “On/Off” switch controls hold-open function. Swing-Free arm allows door to be moved without door closer resistance. Casement Window Operator 9" Arm

Replacement Casement Window Operator is made of a die cast housing and steel arm. The window operator housing has 4 mounting holes, 4-3/4" are the outside dimensions of the outside screws and 3-7/8" on the inside screws.

The Truth 50.50 Dyad Window Operator was Manufactured from 1999 to 2019. It was also known as a TH-24082, TH-24083, TH-24182, or TH-24183. We are now shipping the Wi5060 as a replacement with matching color Encore Handle and Cover 12614/12616.

We can not allow returns, each arm is special ordered.

Sized cylinders adjustable for interior doors to 5’0” and exterior doors to 4’0”. Non-sized cylinder adjustable for interior doors to 4’6” and exterior doors to 3’6”. Closer mounts parallel arm, specify right or left swinging door. 4111 cylinder meets ADA requirements. The cush hold open arm allows for a stop and hold open positions up to 110 degrees. "T" handle on arm will release door for closing, locking pin can be retracted for normal door closing operation.
