The 460 ADA Flush Pull measures 5 inches by 5 inches  and is made of 1/8 inch material.  The opening size is 3-1/2 inches by 3 inches. The Handicap Hands-Free Door Pull BM4511 is an ADA compliant. You can hook your forearm/wrist into the open end to open a non-latching door. I would highly recommend the Lifetime Brass if these plates are going to be mounted outside. Solid brass is soft, and tends to dent easily and the clear coat can be compromised. The Lifetime Brass plates do not require a clear and will last a lot, lot longer!
