Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71-1/2"Lh Inswing ,Rh Outswing ,16 Gauge ,1/8" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 16 gauge (.060" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71-1/2" long. Holes are spaced every 11" or so. The hinge pin is 1/8" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. The Bathroom Stall hinge can be raised up 3/8" for emergency entry. See "More Views" for handing information.

Fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. Also known as a Bathroom Stall 8" Top Repair Kit. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter.

Toilet partition pilaster shoes is designed to anchor directly to floor. Shoe is constructed of 20 gauge 304 stainless steel that is stamped and welded in a satin finish with square edges. Each shoe comes with fasteners and installation torx bit. Measurement is 3" tall and is designed to hold a pilaster that is 1" wide. Partition Pilaster will sit inside the shoe. This shoe is typically used with solid plastic partitions but could be used with different types of partition materials.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Torx driver bit T27 for toilet partition security screws. These torq heads screws are used with brackets that hold the partitions together. This torx bit is for a T27 size and is hollow for a screw with a pin sticking out in the middle of head of the screw and uses a 1/4" shank bit.

Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

Stainless Steel L shape Partition Brace. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″.
