Toilet Partition Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge, 71-1/2"Lh Inswing ,Rh Outswing ,16 Gauge ,1/8" Pin

Stainless Steel Construction 16 gauge (.060" thick). Hinge is 3" wide when laid flat, by 71-1/2" long. Holes are spaced every 11" or so. The hinge pin is 1/8" diameter, and the mounting holes are 9/32" diameter. This hinge is also known as a Full Length Toilet Partition Continuous Hinge. Polished chrome plated zamac die cast construction. Kit includes Bottom Hinge, Pintle, Nylon Cam, and Bottom Hinge Door Insert. Bottom hinge measures 2-1/4" high by 1-1/4" wide with screw spacing of 1-1/2". Mounting lug projects out 1-1/4". Also known as a Bathroom Stall Bottom Hinge Kit. Manufacture part number 63710.

Constructed of stainless polished finish with chrome plated zamac die casting. Base is 1-3/4" x 1-3/8", projects out 1-3/4". Two screw holes are 1/4" diameter, and are located 1-1/4" from opposing face. Sometimes called Bathroom Stall Angle Bracket. Sold individually, and shipped with required screws. Manufacturer part number 2015.

Partition Door Integral Hinge Set Top & Bottom. The bottom pin is 4-7/8" high & the top pin 3" X 1/2" high. Most manufactures used this integral hinge pin set for solid plastic partitions. The Pilasters next to the door are cut out for this door to fit in it. The hinge pins break often due to swinging on the door which causes the pin to bend and breaks the door. Manufacture part #7005.

Fits most manufactures like Global, Hadrian, Accurate Toilet Partitions. Also known as a Bathroom Stall 8" Top Repair Kit. These might not fit exactly. Shave off two sides to make smaller. The configuration is the same for all manufactures, some just a little wider in the diameter.

Includes 2 per package, one for each side of door, 58" Tall.  The Cover is just under 2" wide with the clear rigid vinyl mounting strip being 7/8" wide, and the cover being 1-1/8" wide. This product ships in an oversize box ground. This product is not recommended for solid plastic partitions, HDPE or solid polymer material. This is great for powder coated steel, plastic laminate, stainless steel and solid phenolic materials only.

Stainless Steel L shape Partition Brace. Do your Toilet partition panels keep falling out of the bathroom stall wall mounted brackets? If so, the answer might be a Toilet Partition brace or support, which would support the panel and pilaster from falling, or as preventive maintenance to strengthen the compartment. They are also sometimes called Pilaster Support L-Brackets. The we stock 3 versions that are adjustable from 7-1/2″ to 10″, 9-1/2″ to 12″ and 11-1/2″ to 14″, floor to bottom of panel clearance. The bathroom stall brace is made of stainless steel, with a round base of 2-3/8″ and a support bracket that is 1-1/2″ x 2-3/8″. The diameter of the toilet partition support shaft is 1″. Chrome plated Zamac die casting. The strike and keeper is 1-1/4" high by 1-3/4" deep by 1/8" thick. The stop is 1/2" deep by 1-1/4 wide with a rubber insert. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Strike and Keeper Outswing Flat. Manufacture part # 5640.

Toilet Partition Bracket Two Ear For 1" Panel Aluminum

Constructed of extruded anodized aluminum. Base is 1-1/2" high by 3-3/4" wide, with mounting screws at 2-3/4" on center. Legs project out at 2-3/4" with the thru hole at 2-1/2" for the back of the base. The legs are 1" apart. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Two Ear Wall Bracket and Toilet Partition Two Wing Wall Bracket. The manufacturers part numbers are 1754, 650-1839, and 40-8445210. Bracket is shipped with all the fasteners.
