Polished chrome plate Zamac die casting construction. Strike and Keeper measures 1-1/4" high by 2-3/8" wide by 1-3/4" deep. Stop is 1/2" thick and projects out 1-1/8". Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. General Toilet Partition Keeper Bumper For Square Edge 1-1/4" Thick Posts

Zamac die cast construction and polished chrome plated. The keeper and strike is 2-1/2" tall by 1-7/8" wide. The stop is 17/32" thick and projects out 3/4". The mounting holes are 1-1/2" on center. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI EZ Shoes come with all hardware for anchoring shoe to floor and screws for attaching pilaster shoe to pilaster. Pilaster shoes are the base support for partitions.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).

ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

Steel and white nylon construction. The Pintle is 5/8" diameter by 2-1/4" overall length with 5/16-18 threaded end. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Bottom Pintle 5/8" Medium Lift. Manufacture part # 98175.
