Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

ASI Headrail is designed for use with Global and Accurate Partitions. This headrail was introduced in May of 2023 and offers a lower profile than the previous design which is no longer available. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Constructed of #304 Stainless Steel and 3" height. The ASI EZ Shoe comes in round or square edge design. Round Edge shoes are configured for Solid Plastic (1" Thick), Powder Coated Steel and Stainless Steel (1-1/4" Thick) partition pilasters. Square Edge is designed for Plastic Laminate (1" Thick) and Phenolic (3/4" Thick) partition pilasters. ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. Unplated Zamac die casting construction. The outside dimensions of the top hinge casting are 5-1/8" high by 2-5/8" deep by 25/32" wide. Toilet partition Aluminum Pilaster Stiffeners for restroom stalls. The Pilaster Stiffener is constructed of extruded aluminum. Measures 3-1/2" wide by 75" length. Used to help stablize restroom pilasters that carry the weight of a door or alcove panel. Typically used on pilasters that are 8" and lager in size and that support a door of 32" and larger. Designed to help provide stability to the partitions structure my making the pilaster less likey to bend, warp and break. To be installed as close as possible to the edge of the pilaster that is closest to the door. Comes pre-drilled with 14 holes and comes with screws for mounting. Stainless steel construction make this indicator latch durable. These latches are created to be used on 3/4" thick material. Red and White indicator is used to show whether the stall is in use. Offers emergency access fom the outside with coin slot feature. Also known as 8273100.

Outswing For 1" Square Edge is designed for out swinging doors with a 1" thick square edged pilaster post.  It is constructed of cast stainless steel.  The manufactures part number is 40-8562308.

Global partitions 8" wrap door kit for Solid Plastic material. Comes in anodized aluminum finish and are for 1" thick material only. You will need to choose in or out swing when ordering. Can be used as right or left hand as hinges are field reversible. This is done by taking the 3 pieces apart and reconfiguring the opposite swing. See manufacturers numbers listed below. Factory part number 8513513 for inswing parts and 8513514 for the adder which is double door pulls and door stop. The hinges have been used for over 30 years.

Global Partitions Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch Chrome Plated

Zamac die cast construction, polished chrome finish. Latch base is 4-1/2" high with 3-1/2" hole spacing. Latch bolt is 3-3/32" long by 1" wide by 3/16" thick. The latch bolt clearance is 9/16" from the back of the base to the under side of the latch bolt and projects out 15/16". The latch projects out 1-9/16" from the face of the door when installed. Also known as a Bathroom Stall Surface Mounted Slide Bolt Latch. Manufacture part # 5050.
