ASI Headrail Retrun Kit is designed to work with Global and Accurate Partitions. Manufacturered to work with the new style headrails introduced in May of 2023 which are a lower profile than the previous models that are no longer available. The headrail retun kit will work with the 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4" thickness headrails from ASI. This kit includes (2) Brackets, (2) Wall Anchoring Screws, (2) Plastic Anchors, (4) Fastening Screws and (1) Headrail End Cap. Can be used to run across the top of partitions either between two wall or runnning from a rear wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail (9A84) Manufacturer Part# 40-8448100.

The Global Partition Complete Stainless Steel Door Kit is the manufactures hardware package.  They are constructed of cast stainless steel. Included in the kit is a top and bottom hinge, concealed latch, keeper bumper, pintle, cam, coat hook and bumper, all of the hinge pins and the security screws.  The manufacture part number is 40-8263501. This was used up until October 2021.

Accurate and Global partitions door hinge kits for plastic laminate partitions. The top and bottom hinge kits are the exact same. The door kit includes the hinge, hinge pin, door insert, plastic cam set and all the security screws to install. This part is also known as 63160. The hinge mounts to a pilaster with 1-1/4" thickness, the doors are 1" thick.

The adder is for outswing doors that included double door pulls, stainless steel top pin and 2" door stop. All security screws included. The ASI Headrail comes in three headrail thickness options: 3/4", 1" and 1-1/4". Options for length are 65" or 98" which can be cut down to size needed. Being constructed of extruded mluminum, allows for the headrail to be durable and easily customizable. Headrails are use to help stability restroom toilet partitions and give a finished look. Installed a top of pilasters or also used to connect a back wall to a pilaster. Often used in conjuction with ASI Headrail Retrun Kit (9A8448).
